how many vps I can run on this server?

Here is what i have

Intel® Core2Quad™ 4x 2.83GHz (8MB cache)
8192 MB DDR2-RAM
1TB HDD

Now i want to know as well if there are any free vps control panel out there.

i never suggest to run VPS in this server

There is no RAID10 no offside backup,no backup disk

if you are useing for personal use then 5-8 512mb vps,but this server never good for hosting vps it will cause lot of I/O wait time
