Ok so my site has been offline for almost 4 days now. I'm on a beta team witch requires a website I would have imagine, and I have a expensive software that is standing by to be purchased and uploaded to my site.

What should I do? (The host is already well aware by the way.)

Switch. If your host is aware, they probably have no intension of getting the server back online.

Switch host I got a excellent host that does daily back ups, every features, and there support time is a average of 14 minutes.

well i forgot to mention this but, the host I'm on is free because one of my best buds owns it, and he offers a lot to be free for me, like unlimited everything besides unlimited space that is. I get like 8-10GB

Well I'm looking for a good host that can take a good vB licensed site and make it acceptable with prommsing featurs such as unlimited e-mails, sub-domains, MySQL Databases, and FTP accounts.

Yup, we can do that at 123COM. However, if you want the price dropped we would need to drop a few of the features you don't need (mailing lists etc) or you can pay full price for the maxi plan (unlim everything) at ?59.88 a year.

It's probably better to look for uptime and reliability. Unlimited bandwidth and high disk space aren't as good as they sound; your site will likely outgrow the uptime way before coming close to the bandwidth limit. And with that high stats, you're just getting oversold anyway.

I could offer you free hosting on my server - you'd have unlimited of everything except for space and bandwidth, obviously. No one needs unlimited of those though, since you never use that much.
