Web Developer Needed

Hi,
I need a developer to look after my web hosting web sites, the work includes like maintenance work on existing web site, mostly html, signing up affiliates for me, maintaining web directory.
I would need to have the person working for 3 -4 hours per day.
Daily work progress to be posted on google spread sheet.
The interested one should clearly tell me their cost as well as the work done (ulrs).
