Best Script to handle Customer Support

I am launching a SEO service..
But I am still undecided what script should I use to handle customer support.

Could somebody give me some list?

Yes, price is very high and there are some good free ones out there.

ya but if possible to spend few $$ then go with whmcs because some free versions haveing bugs

If you are looking for a freeware then i will recommend you to get latest version of filezilla awesome help desk application. It runs over a myswl database save your all data chats logs just one thing as nothing comes free.... There's just a small ad under chat button rest its ads free and very very professional.

Recommended.

I have experimented with tons of scripts, but nothing comes close to WHMCS!
