How to install Vbulletin 3.6.7 on freewebs?

Ok im new to this and ive never had vbulletin. I have a site on freewebs and i was wondering if it would be possible to use vbulletin on it

Hey,

I don't think FreeWebs supports MYSQL and that... if it did I doubt it would be suitable for vBulletin.

I suggest http://www.trap17.com/, I did a little Google search and that's what I came up with.
