I know we are on yahoo answers but what search engine do you like most and why?

i use google the most because it can find hundreds of thousands of results in seconds. Plus whenever i need to look for something i automatically go to google :p

yahoo search is the oldest search engine in the globe and Google the most advanced in all techie sense

yahoo have got the largest database but Google have the most advanced algorithm, which can give you relevant result in less time if they have got it in their database

Ya google is the best because its petrol tank is full and its engine work fast and it is also advance than yahoo so i always use google search and must also do it.

Google scares me to death. It is much more invasive than Yahoo (though they all gather usage data for ad placement) even going so far as to pick out key words in your Gmail to target advertising. And who looks beyond the first page of results anyway? Also, too many sponsored and irrelevant results from Google.
I have been with Yahoo since I owned a PC and will stay with my faithful friend.

Google search is the best because they have way more people and computers working constantly to provide better search results. Google spends an insane amount of money on people and computers; Google doesn't charge anything to search, and neither does anyone else... so if someone else comes up with a better search, then Google is doomed, and they know that. So, they work their hardest to come up with the best search possible - it's what keeps their business afloat.

So, it makes sense that Google would have the best search engine, and also the best company to work for!

yeah i always use google, one of the main reasons is becuz google home page doesn't have a lot of content on it, just a search box and the google logo and some other links so if you set it as your home page, unlike yahoo or live it will load much much faster no matter what browser you use
